I was hesitant to buy from a third party website, overseas no less. No guarantee, no insurance. But I reached out to Salman and Hessen and they were extremely helpful via WhatsApp. They were knowledgeable about how to ship my generator and it was in  pristine condition. He even talked me out of purchasing the cart which would have been expensive to ship and to have me get it from a US vendor which saved me a lot of money.
